Jupiter and Moon come together

New Delhi, Jan 2: As the sun goes down Tuesday evening, two of the brightest objects in the winter sky - Jupiter and the moon - will get together and offer a visual treat to the sky gazers.

A beautiful conjunction of Jupiter and the moon, which can be seen with a naked eye, will be visible in the sky for hours after sunset Tuesday evening.

"There will be a spectacular sight in the sky tomorrow (Tuesday) as the moon and Jupiter will be placed very close together. The celestial activity will be impressive and it can be seen with naked eyes," C.B Devgun, president, Science Popularisation Association of Communicators and Educators (SPACE), told IANS.Unlike · · Unfollow Post · January 2 at 11:43pm
